The breakfast served each morning was fantastic and filling.

We encountered multiple issues during our stay. When we requested a room change, we were refused, and the staff were not only unhelpful but also dismissive about the mold problem. Overall, our experience left much to be desired.

It was just a proper fit for a brief stop-in in Matera with value for price. They helped us with valet parking, which was convenient. If you need a quick place to stay, it works.

Oh, where do I begin? No air conditioning in my suite was beyond disappointing in the sweltering summer heat. Additionally, I would have loved a complimentary upgrade to make up for the struggles, but that was clearly wishful thinking.

Staying with my wife and our two grown kids was delightful. The spacious family apartment had a cozy kitchen, and we loved exploring Matera's charming streets. The staff arranged a tuk-tuk tour which was a memorable highlight of our trip!

Staying at Palazzotto Residence&Winery was a delightful adventure in cave living! The unique decor and spacious cave room were complemented by spectacular views from our private balcony. Plus, the breakfast spread was a work of art, featuring an array of fresh fruits, local cheeses, and delightful pastries that made mornings a treat!

The staff were very warm, I felt like I was walking into my own home every time I came back. They even let us check in late after a delayed flight, which was a lifesaver.
